Heat in the City = Traders in the Hamptons

Intro: After witnessing the Nasdaq hit all-time highs, earnings season hits up with 13 of the 30 Dow components reporting. On the economic front, we have Existing Home Sales, New Home Sales  and Leading Indicators

Earnings: Earnings season gets into overdrive with 134 companies in the S&P reporting highlighted by Google, JP Morgan, Johnson & Johnson and Intel. Traders will be watching to see any surprises

New Home Sales: On Wednesday (7/22), data on New Home Sales is released. Should readings come in higher than expected, we can contribute the strength to foreclosures falling and demand getting stronger

Summer: With the Summer lull in full session and a lack of macro news hitting the markets, we have the potential for volatility due to low liquidity if news was to hit a certain sector
